A bundle of packages submitted by Heiko Oberdiek.

The bundle comprises packages to provide:
– : better accessibility support for PDF files;
– : ‘alias counters’;
– : multiple-alphabetic counting (a…z,aa…zz,… — up to the full extent of a TeX counter);
