The package contains the Literaturnaya family of fonts (as released under a no-charge licence some time back), together with support files for use (La)TeX. Since their licence is not (DFSG) free so that they can’t appear in distributions, the fonts are uploaded to CTAN and will shortly be availble to users of the ‘getnonfreefonts’ script.
